With this awesome new program, you are seen at the clinic weekly to check your body composition and to receive education on your lifestyle change.

The program is designed in phases that takes you through weight loss and transitions you all the way through maintaining the weight loss.

During your rapid weight loss phase, your program is structured as followed:

Breakfast – Low Carb Meal Plan meal replacement

Lunch – Low Carb Meal Plan meal replacement + 2 cups of vegetables

Dinner – protein source of your choice + vegetables

After dinner snack – Low Carb Meal Plan product

The food choices are very structured and you can have unlimited salad. There are over 60 products to choose from, so you won’t get bored with your food anytime soon. Many are quick meal replacements; some are items that you cook for a short time.

As you can see, it is a combination of real food and high quality nutritional supplements. You can eat a meal out and choose foods on the program so you are always on track, even in social situations.
